Workout of the Week #6

Hey Guys

Today’s workout is another HIIT workout. I’ve been trying a few new things and trying to perfect some exercise motions. I have noticed that I don’t have a strong enough core for side planks and also need some more practice with push ups. This week I included some more push up based exercises in my HIIT workouts.

HIIT Breakdown (2-4 rounds)

20 X Jump lunge

8 X Spider man push ups ( 4 a side)

10 X Burpees

30 second Side Plank (per side)
