Workout of the Week #5

Hey guys

Today’s workout is another HIIT workout that you can do everyday or just as a supplement to your current workout. I did it for the 4 out of 6 workout days this week. Its a 4 round circuit but to be honest I could only finish 3 full rounds but let me know how you did 🙂

2 -4 Rounds

20 x Jump rope – double unders

20 x Kettle Bell Swings

20 x Jump Lunges

20 x Hanging side leg raises ( 10 a side)
