Very Berry Breakfast Shake

Good morning guys. I hope your weekend was AMAZING!!! I’m always looking for creative breakfast ideas that are healthy but most healthy foods don’t always taste that good. We’ve been eating too much chocolate brownies and lava cakes over the last few weeks so I wanted to try something healthier.


Since Berries are a great source of energy and fibre I opted for an assembly of berries as a morning treat.

This recipe contains 3 different types of berries, some yogurt and milk or water. Its really easy to make and only takes a few minutes of your time.


  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 6 large strawberries (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Mix everything in a blender until smooth, add more milk if the shake is too thick.
