Its getting colder here in Korea and with every degree that drops the less I feel like going to the gym. Some mornings I just want to turn around, cuddle up and sleep further. But then I think to myself ‘ I’m not tired…if I just lie here today, how many times will I allow myself to do so in the future? With every day that I skip gym just for the sake of being warm, I’ll soon start eating more comfort food and start building bad habits again. And before I can wipe the sleep from my eyes, I won’t even be going to gym at all’ Every time you skip gym, it gets harder and harder to get up the next day. So.. get up, put on your gym clothes and go do your workout!!
