Hey Everyone

Today’s workout of the week is an ab workout. Its a circuit workout. You’ll do 2 sets ( circuits) of this workout 3 times this week. When you feel strong enough to finish a third set, go for it.

  • 10 X Crunches
  • 20 X Mountain Climbers
  • 20 X Bicycle Kicks

I could only do 2 rounds.
